Don’t let appearances fool you. P. E. Smith, Esq. - Attorney at Law is a seasoned litigator who has successfully tried numerous matters to the Bench through Judgment, and favorably resolved countless more shy of trial. If litigation is required, it will be engaged in. And more often than not, the outcomes are favorable to Mr. Smith’s Clientele. We spend a lot of time at Court, and usually we’re perfectly happy to be there.

But litigation comes at a steep price to the parties, emotionally and financially. True warriors know the value of peace. And a good Estate Planning lawyer knows what can cause disputes - and will take meticulous care to draft and Administer Estate Plans to prevent them. At least, that’s what we do. All that time in the Courtroom has taught us a lot about how to avoid ending up there - and that is the wisdom that we take pains to impart to our Clients.

In some situations, litigation is a necessary inevitability. But in a vast majority of cases, the underlying dispute could have been precluded with a carefully drafted Estate Plan, or avoided all-together through a properly managed Administration.
